Neurofacial reflex therapy is a therapy that stimulates reflex areas of the face and scalp.

I trained with Lone Sorensen a Danish practitioner who founded and teaches at the International Institute of Reflex Therapy in Barcelona.

The Sorensensistem was developed through inspiration drawn from ancient techniques from many different cultures using natural methods dating back many centuries.

The methods Lone Sorensen uses are based on different Micro systems with scientific research behind; Dr. Yamamoto (YNSA), Japan. Dr. Castillo Morales, Argentina. Dr Wong, USA, Dr Chau, Vietnam. Maria Perez, Argentina, Dr. J. Bossy, France.

This technique combines ancient and modern therapies, as well as knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the potential to balance the individual on all levels, physically, psychologically and energetically.

Facial Reflex Therapy Sorensensistem™ combines Chinese meridians theory and acupuncture, Vietnamese and South American body maps and modern neuroanatomy science. This allows the therapist to identify imbalances in the client’s health and provides the knowledge to begin the process of healing using the body to balance these disciplines.

The modality of Facial Reflex Therapy is a gentle approach using touch stimulation treating and addressing underlying issues and assisting the body to correct any imbalances.
